Our Vision
Our vision is to provide creative, safe, and brave spaces for African American and Latino women to grow, heal and break the cyclical barriers of historical trauma that keep their families and communities from thriving.
Our Mission
We accomplish our mission by nurturing the holistic growth of individuals. This involves offering various services, including training, educational support groups, prenatal and postnatal care, certified coaching support, mindful and meditative nature walks, retreats, and mental ART healing practices for families.
Women finding, rest, love and strength to heal our own communities
It is possible to heal our communities from the wounds of our personal traumas and embark on the journey of rewriting our narratives while finding solace in our own spaces. Anna Mae Sonflower is dedicated to assisting women in recognizing the importance of rest during challenging times, allowing them to rejuvenate for the well-being of their children and families.

DOULA SERVICES
Our Bellebonie Duoula services
“ all things life” as we provide Doula/ Childbirth education classes, health & lactation Counseling, and coaching. PARENT COACHING GROUPS
We partner with Coaches from ART of Training and Developement LLC , training leaders to work with our most vulnerable families and communities to eradicate limited beliefs that would stop our communities from thriving.

MEET UP GROUPS & COACHING FOR FAMILIES THAT HAVE FOSTERED & ADOPTED
We provide Adverse Childhood Trauma (ACE’s) Training for parents and communities.
PREGNANCY REFERRAL SERVICES
Pregnancy can be a scary place, and we offer non-medical support for a women who may experience the initial shock of finding out they are pregnant supporting women through their pregnancy journey.
TOTAL MOMMY MAKEOVERS
When mother’s are in transition they often want to feel good and look good, our Makeovers is incentive program that we use to celebrate the milestones and achievement of our mothers when they reach specific life goals.
